A few practical answers.
Will it work with our HMIS or EHR?
We confirm compatibility, available data, schedule sync and the fields that support approved-note write-back before implementation. You keep your existing system.
Who checks the notes, flowsheets and coding suggestions?
Your clinicians and nurses review, edit and approve drafts before they become final records. Focused onboarding covers note review, coding suggestions and sign-off in their existing workflow.
Which languages does it support?
Ambient consultations support English and Kiswahili, including conversations that switch between them. Dictation supports 90+ languages today. Additional local vernacular languages for ambient consultations are coming soon.
How is patient consent handled?
Consent is captured for each encounter under your facility’s policy before recording. The consent record and subsequent actions remain available in the audit trail.
What security and privacy controls are in place?
Ginja AI is ODPC-registered as a data processor and controller, with ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II attestation. Independent penetration testing was completed in August 2026; role-based access and audit trails support ongoing oversight.
Review security and governanceWho can access patient information?
Access follows the roles and permissions agreed with your facility. Audit logs record who accessed information and what they did.
What do we need to get started?
Provide a clinical lead, an IT contact, system access, note templates and suitable recording hardware. Ginja AI configures the workflow and tests notes, consent and EHR sync with your team; your clinical lead approves go-live.
How long does rollout take?
For a combined rollout, SHA integration takes 1–2 weeks once prerequisites are ready, followed by another 2–3 weeks for the wider products. For Aria on its own, we agree the launch date after checking your system and clinical workflow.
Do we need Lamu or SHA Connect to use Aria?
No. Aria can run independently, starting with one clinical team, ward or facility. Add Lamu and SHA Connect when you want to connect documentation to claims checks and submission.
